PART 1: TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or enrolling in any self-directed curriculum, workshop, or digital subscription provided by The Wealth Institute, LLC (“the Institute”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
- Educational Platform Disclaimer (Non-Advisor Notice)
The Wealth Institute is strictly an educational institution.
- The Institute, its corporate staff, and its independent (1099) territory instructors do not provide licensed financial, investment, tax, mortgage, or specific legal advice.
- All digital modules, worksheets, calculators, and books are designed solely for macro-level financial and housing literacy purposes.
- You assume 100% financial and investment risk for any property transactions or financial moves you make. You are explicitly directed to consult with a certified CPA, licensed financial planner, or real estate broker of record prior to executing real estate acquisitions.
- Subscription Billing & Automatic Unlocking
- Billing Cycles: All premium tracks are billed as a recurring annual subscription ($270/year for Basic; $470/year for Pro). Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the conclusion of each annual billing cycle until cancelled.
- Drip-Feed Content: Access to the 12-month curriculum operates on an automated, rolling 30-day “drip-feed” matrix. You acknowledge that modules unlock sequentially based on your registration date, and you cannot fast forward or bypass the automated delivery timeline.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time inside your user account settings panel. Cancellations halt future automatic annual renewals, but past subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Intellectual Property Restrictions
All text, calculations, curriculum architectures, assignment spreadsheets, video modules, and physical book contents are the exclusive property of the Institute. You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to access this data for personal use. Copying, distributing, white-labeling, reselling, or using our materials to teach outside workshops without explicit corporate written consent will result in immediate account deletion and full legal prosecution.
PART 2: PRIVACY POLICY & DATA SHARING DISCLOSURE
- Information We Collect
To help you navigate your housing and investment journey, the Institute collects specific information you voluntarily submit, including:
- Contact details (Name, phone number, email address).
- Financial baseline data (Self-reported credit score tiers, baseline Debt-to-Income data, and savings milestones input into your Module assignments).
- The Ecosystem Data Share (How We Route Your Files)
Because the Parrish Wealth Institute functions as an automated “feeder pipeline” to connect you with professional industry partners, you explicitly grant the Institute permission to share your graduation file:
- The Handoff Trigger: Upon completing your final 12-month module, your contact information, selected track type, and verified graduation status will be securely transmitted to our In-House Regional Directors of Real Estate, your territory’s Preferred Field Realtors, and our vetted Partner Mortgage Lenders [Step 1, Step 2, 1.2.8].
- Purpose: This data share allows our preferred real estate network to seamlessly verify your mortgage readiness, contact you within 24–48 hours, and begin matching your educational blueprint with live property listings [Execute the 24-Hour Outreach, Conduct the “Blueprint Strategy Session”].
- Third-Party Referral Links & Tracking
Our website uses unique alphanumeric affiliate tracking links and QR codes assigned to our independent instructors and outreach specialists. If you register using an instructor’s custom code, that specific instructor’s backend dashboard will track your conversion milestone. The Institute is not responsible for the privacy policies or cookies utilized on third-party links or by our preferred lender partners.
- Consumer Freedom & Non-Steering Notice (RESPA Compliance)
The data routing provided by our platform is a complimentary consumer service. You are under no legal or financial obligation to utilize our preferred lenders, in-house master brokers, or preferred field realtors [Corporate Lender MSA, Alternative Model]. You retain full consumer autonomy to choose any mortgage lender, bank, or real estate agent of your choice in the open market.
