The Parrish Wealth Instructor Certification Program prepares qualified educators, real estate professionals, and community advocates to deliver the N.E.I.G.H.B.O.R.H.O.O.D. curriculum in their own cities — with Dr. Parrish’s methodology, brand standards, and exclusive territorial license.

- WHO CAN APPLY
Eligibility & Ideal Candidates
The PWI Certified Instructor Program is open to qualified applicants across four backgrounds. All candidates go through an application and vetting process — certification is earned, not sold.
- PWI Pro Program Graduates
Members who have completed the full N.E.I.G.H.B.O.R.H.O.O.D. curriculum and lived the journey from renter to investor — making them the most authentic messengers.
- Completed all 12 PWI Pro modules
- Achieved personal homeownership milestone
- Demonstrated teaching or leadership potential
- Reference from Dr. Parrish or PWI staff preferred
- Real Estate Professionals
Agents, brokers, investors, and mortgage professionals who want to give back to their communities while building an education income stream.
- Active real estate license OR 2+ years investing experience
- Demonstrated community presence or network
- Passion for first-generation homeownership education
- Completed PWI Pro program (or equivalent knowledge)
- Financial Educators & Coaches
Financial literacy instructors, HUD-approved housing counselors, and certified financial coaches ready to add real estate wealth education to their practice.
- HUD certification, CFP, AFC, or similar credential
- Experience facilitating workshops or classes
- Existing audience or community relationships
- Commitment to PWI curriculum standards
Community Leaders
Nonprofit leaders, faith-based educators, Urban League staff, housing authority coordinators, and community organizers with established trust in underserved markets.
- 3+ years in community education or advocacy role
- Organizational affiliation or community anchor status
- Commitment to serving Black & Hispanic communities
- Willingness to complete full PWI certification training
- THE TRAINING PROGRAM
8-Week Hybrid Certification Curriculum
Five phases combining self-paced online modules, and a culminating in-person intensive readiness training with Dr. Parrish. Candidates who pass all assessments receive the PWI Certified Instructor designation.

- TERRITORY LICENSE
Exclusive City/Region License Model
Each certified instructor receives an exclusive license to operate PWI programming in their designated city or metro region. No other PWI instructor can operate in that territory while the license is active.
